2. Description of Service

Inverted Shift is a platform that connects local businesses with customers who are actively looking for their services. We provide:

• AI-powered matching between customer requests and businesses
• Communication tools for businesses and customers
• Notification services (email and SMS)
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Business Accounts & Subscriptions

Businesses may subscribe to our paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

5. Payment Terms

All fees are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Failed payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

7. Matching Service

Our matching service uses AI and algorithms to connect businesses with customer requests. We do not guarantee:

• The number or quality of matches you will receive
• That matches will result in business transactions
• The accuracy of matching algorithms
• That all relevant businesses will be matched

Matching is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for the outcomes of matches.

8. Communication & Notifications

By using our service, you consent to receive:

• Email notifications about matches and account activity
• SMS notifications (you can opt-out at any time)
• Service-related communications

You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inverted Shift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inverted Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
